Concrete ditches run down the edge of the field, which were once used for row-water irrigation.

Native wildlife in the area includes mule deer, blue quail, dove, and coyote. This ranch could be developed with water tanks, irrigated food plots, and game feeders to bring in the wildlife and increase its hunting potential.
